A 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute interview with one of the managers in the department, followed by an in-person interview with several managers at T-Mobile's Bellevue headquarters. The recruiter was responsive, friendly and easy to get a hold of and most of the people I interviewed with seemed friendly; however the culture in the communications department struck me as a bit toxic.
