It took nearly a month to just schedule the phone interview. The first recruiter was very scattered, inconsistent and would cancel when the interview was supposed to happen. Then I was sent to another recruiter that was consistent and followed up. I finally spoke with the hiring manager who was late for the call and then cut the interview short over the phone. She was very short and uninterested in my experience and I had the feeling she didn't connect the dots.
