I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Springfield, MO) in Oct 2015
Interview
T-Mobile conducted two interviews, and had streamlined the process resulting in an excellent experience for employees. The first was a virtual interview and involved recording yourself answering basic questions about devices most model folks are familiar. The second was an on-site interview. I was relieved to see the staff was casually dressed. It turns out, their dress code is very laid back. As long as you come in presentable (no wholes, stains, yucky smells) you're golden. The culture is very accepting and laid back, so the on-site interview was really a great experience.

Just talk calm speak on your experience sound extremely energetic be you! Make sure you have a resume ready. It was over the phone so it was more comfortable than being in the building.
