The recruiter rushed to put something together which I thought was a sign of interest and I was scheduled to talk to 3 people. On the day of the interview it dropped to 2 people and each interview was only 30 minutes each. I thought this was pretty odd given the job level and the skill set that needed to be explored to figure out if I was a good fit. No other company that I worked with had ever had such a short interview for this level of position, big or small. On top of that I was never contacted by recruiting again, not a word and I contacted them several times for some feedback. In the end, I felt that I was their quota to fill to bring someone in over 50 to say they tried but they had no real intention of giving me a real shot at the position. I will be sure to spread the word on a company like this.
