Applied online 2-6-19 immediately after I received an email to complete a call center simulation test and a personality test, once completed you are told immediately if you pass or failed. I passed. A week after that, I was emailed an invite to complete a virtual interview through hirevue where you have 10 questions to answer. Two weeks after completing that I was sent an invite to attend the "day in the life event" where basically they tell you (along with a group of other candidates) why they are so great and discuss benefits etc and go on the floor to listen to a few calls. This process takes 2 hours. If you decide the job is for you then you will receive another email to schedule your final in person interview, mine was scheduled a week after the day in the life. I thought the interview went ok however, there weren't any questions on glass door asked in my interview and really were not star format like they say in their email to prepare you. Well, at least mine wasnt. Good luck!

I applied online over a month ago, it took quite a while before anyone got back to me. I did a phone interview, was sent an invite to do a live video, and then maybe a few weeks later had a recruiter call to schedule an in-person interview. The on-site interview was with 3 different managers and was over an hour where I had to do a mock call, I was told they would get in touch with my recruiter, but I never heard back, and no one replies to my emails, I was ghosted.

Interview
First got invited to do a HireVue 'interview'. You pre-record videos to answers, given a bit to prepare. Then there's multiple choice, and a few write-in. After that, I got scheduled for a live virtual interview with a hiring manager. I was super, super nervous and that showed. They asked basic STAR format questions, but I feel most interviews are like that, then a mock role-play call of a customer. I was even more nervous, it showed, I floundered a teensy bit, but just remained extremely upbeat and personable.
