It was very easy. About 10 minutes. Just ask basic questions like “why should I chose you” etc. It’s a great place and a great enroviornment so attempt to sell yourself throughout the interview process because it will be very much worth it

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
