I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Applied online, recruiter reached out within a week but then took a whole month to schedule a phone interview which was very unprofessional. She asked me for my 2 week availability twice and always took 3-5 days to respond. She sent me my interview confirmation at midnight the day before my interview. Interview was scheduled for 60 minutes but the interviewer was incompetent and it only lasted 20-25 minutes. She only had 10 minutes of questions prepared and seemed to expect me to interview her for the remainder of the time. Big waste of my time due to the fact I was waiting a month for an interview and the interviewer seemed to have zero training. Interview was also communicated to be behavioral but technical questions were asked. Honestly if I could give negative stars for this experience I would.
I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
One main hiring event with a lot of different candidates and many managers and you rotate 10 min interview for each manager then once that happened, one of the managers called followed up by phone interview
I applied for the position in June with a referral and was contacted by a recruiter in late August or early September. I had one phone interview with a manager and heard back a few days later receiving an offer with 2 days to accept.

Interview
Applied on T-mobile website. Got a call after 3-4 weeks to set up an interview.
One of the perks is T-mobile has an interview prep session before the actual interview so it helps a lot.
Interview was really smooth, interviewer was really nice. Asked some basic questions and availability.
