Applied online and heard back about a week later to set up a call with a recruiter. Call went fine, standard questions like why are you looking to move etc, then wanted me to ask her questions for most of the time. At the end of the call she told me the hiring manager had already looked at my resume and wanted to set up a call, so we organized that for the following week, while on the call! The next call came around and I had a good conversation with a hiring manager, we both decided the role I originally applied for probably wasn't the best fit, but she told me about 2 others that were open that I may be interested in. Finished the call thinking that it went well, was told the recruiter would follow up in a few days. Within an hour of getting off the phone the hiring manager sent me links of the other roles in the team. She even followed up the next day to see if I applied, which I had to one of the roles. Was feeling positive about it all at this stage, but turns out that would be the last time I would hear from them. I followed up with both the recruiter and hiring manager about 2 weeks later and never heard back, that was over a month ago. Pretty disappointing.
