I was already an employee at the time, but I still needed to go through the process of applying online and doing the tests and getting permission from my manager and so on. Once that all went through, I was able to send off my application. I got an email within 24 hours saying telling me the next steps (which is really nice with T-mobile, they are really quick with their application and interview process). They sent me a link to a personality test, I did that. I got another email telling me my next step, I believe this one told me that someone would contact me within 24 hours for a phone interview. The next day, I got a phone call. Because the position I was applying for would have required me to relocate to another state, the interview was a little more formal than it would have been if they were trying to just get a "feel for my personality and the kind of person I am" before they invite me to an in person interview (which is what they normally do). They ask all the basic interview questions. They want to hear that you focus on customer service and that your a team player and that you are good at adapting to change (T-Mobile changes, ALOT). Thats all I can think of right now.
