Applied online, was given a phone interview, then in person interview. Was rather pleasant, didn't have any issues. Both supervisors were extremely nice and asked basic questions. At the end of the interview they asked if I had any questions, I asked if they currently enjoy their job, they replied that they loved it.

I had an online simulation of their computer systems, and after getting a satisfactory score on that I had a 20 minute phone interview. They then scheduled an in person interview, and since they start classes at the beginning of each month, I started the next month.
