I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Jun 2024
Interview
I interviewed with the recruiter which was pretty easy. Next, I interviewed with the hiring manager and then another manager. A few weeks later I had a panel interview with the DM and the other 2 managers about 2 weeks ago and now everything went ghost. I reached out to the recruiter and I got nothing back from him and it has now been about a week ago. The total process took about 4 weeks, this is not a good reputation for the leadership within the company you have to always lead by example.
The interview went smooth and was straightforward. While getting more information about the role I could see it was not the right fit for me. Although the recruiter was informative and friendly
two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time
It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
