Very quickly scheduled. I was called one morning out of the blue - they had found my resume online. Asked for a phone screen interview later that afternoon. Almost immediately after the phone interview was over, the recruiter contacted me about another phone interview with the manager and a peer. During that interview they asked if I could come in for an in-person interview. As I worked odd hours in a clinical setting, my only availability was that afternoon. So, I went in for the in-person interview, interviewed with the Director and Manager. Lasted about 2 hours. Within 3 days I had an offer.
