I had a positive interviewing experience. Someone from HR reached out to me and I had a quick 15 minute phone interview with him. He followed up when he said he would regarding face to face interview. About a week after the phone interview, I had a face to face interview with the Director of Financial Reporting, the Director of Project Accounting, and the CFO. My interview with the two directors lasted an hour and my interview with the CFO was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted an hour. I thought everyone had a great personality and a great attitude. I liked the environment and I like what they do. I was really hoping I'd receive an offer. I was not offered the job due to my lack of industry experience.
