Technical and Managerial rounds were good and quick. HR round was bit long but I can say okay. Release offer is less than the current CTC. While discussing the offer HR himself understand that there is a mistake in the release offer so he corrected the offer. But it was still too much less than the expected offer and too close to the current CTC. So I think HR should be more careful while note down the current and expected CTC. As the outcome it was a waste of time for employer and me. So who's fault in this? You should setup some process for HR as well while note down the CTC's. That could benefit the hiring process and company as well.
