The HR's not tracking the candidates, means they are not following up. Even if you are selected or rejected they are not serious about the interview process. They are conductiong interview without asking the candidate's time ( they don't ask your permission). One round I have cleared second round the interviewer spend time on completely reading my resume I saw a big face in my computer screen (interviewer's) then thought why he is looking at me like that, then come to know he is reading my resume.
