I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the project manager, and finally, a group interview with all the team leads. I was asked about my prior experience but more importantly, about my thought processes and problem-solving approaches. It was important that candidates were qualified but also a good fit for the team. Honesty was highly appreciated. The group interview setting can seem intimidating but it is a good idea to make sure you understand the team dynamic.
