It was campus placement. Common test done for all students. First tier selection done after that. Interview was scheduled at their office and selected candidates were informed later via mail.

Interview
It was pretty good. It's how confident you are is what matters including atleast the basic the technical knowledge of your subject or the course.
Only then it will be a win-win situation. I think it's just pretty cliche.
