The interview process consisted of a single round that included both HR and technical evaluation. The discussion began with HR questions about my background, career goals, and reasons for applying. The technical portion focused on my projects, especially my LLM-based resume screening system. I was asked to explain the system architecture, model selection, prompt design, evaluation metrics, and deployment approach. The interviewers also assessed my understanding of Large Language Models, real-world implementation challenges, and problem-solving ability. The overall experience was structured and moderately challenging.
