Applied through online posting. The initial interview with the recruiter had to be re-scheduled last minute. The second time everything seemed to have gone well with the scheduling. The initial interview was intended for the recruiter to gauge your interest in the position, as well as giving more details about the role. Everything seemed to align, next step was to send my information to the Hiring manager and determine if the hiring manager would want to move forward. Typical interview process. However, after that interview my recruiter (Jennifer Haines) disappeared. I followed up after 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks with an email and a call after the initial interview. At this point, if the hiring manager was not interested a "Thanks but not thanks" email would have been great, but no answer is plain rude and shows lack of professionalism.
