Easy but long interview with all the typical bank interview questions. Be prepared for situational/behavioral questions. The interviewers were very friendly and understanding if you needed a few seconds to think about a more difficult question. I applied online, was contacted within a few days by a recruiter for a phone screening, had an in person interview with 2 bank employees, and an offer was made the next day.

HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.
