Applied online. Went through phone screen with HR person from Toronto. It was a very thorough screen. Asked the usual screen questions plus behavioural questions as well. Took about an hour. Then had in person interview with DVP and another HR person. The interview felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I guess they don't get the idea that anyone sitting across the table from them could be a potential client or actually be a client (or an actual human being).
