Asked in almost every interview about career plans, and what do I want to do next. It is difficult because you want to appear interested in the job. They are looking for people to build a career though so you need to share your thoughts on your future with the company.
The interview was very informal and consisted of a 45-minute conversation. The interviewer did not prepare any questions in advance. As a result, the interview felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because TD is such a large organization, this experience will vary from hiring manager to hiring manager.
