- Interview was lead by the Operations Manager and a Team Leader - Behavioural questions and some technical questions - HR was disorganized. They had stated I should head back from them within a time frame. I had to follow up with them for the status their decision. Once I was told I was offered a position, I still had to follow up with HR for next steps (took weeks). Next steps were eventually provided and they gave me the wrong location for training. I emailed them to confirm the details a few days before my first day, when they noted their error with the location they had provided to me. Downtown Toronto to Etobicoke was a big difference for a transit commuter!
