Interview
- 2 hour in person interview with 4 (2 managers, 2 developers) TD employees
- 4 hour take home test
- 30 minute follow up interview with a senior manager
It would be nice to get some feedback after spending hours on interviewing. I also had to follow up several times during the process. The communication and transparency of the interview process could be improved greatly.

Brief 30 minute interview with 2 members of the team. We talked about the regular interview stuff (Tell me about yourself, what projects have you done, mobile development experience, etc..).
Included a whiteboard technical problem at about 15 minutes.
