Online personality assessment and 2 phone interviews. Online assessment was a variety of questions, pretty easy to figure out the best answers to choose for hiring. First phone interview was simple, 5-10 minutes, why you want to work here etc. what you are like, work history etc. and how you could transfer the skills you have currently to a position at TD. Second interview was a lot more in depth, took about an hour in total and had a lot more specific questions such as "name and describe a time when you had to act under pressure in a situation where the manager was not available to resolve a customer complaint or issue" etc.
