I applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. The interview was at downtown Toronto and with HR and another staff. I was asked only behavioral/situational questions ( basically all behavioral questions you can imagine, around 25) which was strange since I was applying for a technical position. When I replied to one of the questions with a general answer of what I would do, they insisted to provide a real life example. The HR told me that they will contact me shortly but I did not receive any email/phone call regarding the interview which was not professional.

The interview was fairly easy. The common behavioral questions and technical questions. I liked everything about the interview and the way they make you feel included. The hiring manager was friendly and easy going and feels like they want to know the person infront of them.
Straight forward, overall process took 3-4 weeks and it was only one interview. HR called to set up a interview with the hiring manager and the Interview was with the hiring manager after a week.
