Interview
I applied the job online and also through an employee referral. The hiring process took about 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Markham, Ontario) in Late October 2016.
The process started with the online simulation exercise and assessment.
For the Exercise, make sure you are paying attention to what the clients said to you. At the end of the exercise, try to do your best to upsell the products.
For the assessment, mostly behavior questions but make sure your answers are constant.
Then got a phone call interview from one of the team members. The phone interview will be around 30 mins or so. Mostly asking what do you do, why you want to look for a new job. Does your current work has quota to meet, is your manager happy with your performance, and etc.
At the end of the phone interview, i got an invite for the in-person group interview. The group interview is 3 hours, they start the interview by asking general questions like why you want to work with TD easyline? What are the difference between customer experience and customer service.
The second part of the interview are separated into two parts. 1) Sell a random product to the hiring manager, and 2) will be given a random phone call simulation.
