I had 4-5 rounds of interviews over two months consisting of phone screenings with HR as well as junior analysts/associates, and face-to-face interviews with senior managers. The process took around 2 months, with some waiting in between rounds. The types of interview questions you get really depend on the interviewer, though the most senior-level interviewers tend to focus more on fit. Overall, a pleasant process.
