I applied online and a telephone interview was conducted by the Recruiter. The interview focused on my accomplishments and functional HR knowledge. He referred me to the hiring manager and that interview also focussed a bit deeper on those experiences and specific product knowledge. Although I was not selected, the experience was professional and timely.
