Interview process was efficient and pleasant. I received a call from an HR rep. We spoke over the phone for about 25 minutes during which I had to answer general questions regarding my skills, the role of credit analyst, etc... The second step was an interview with the hiring manager, my prospective manager, floor manager and an other senior manager. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was essentially a conversation where I answered questions similar to the ones asked during the phone interview I was advised I would receive an answer by Friday (i.e. in 4 days) but was given an answer a fews days later than expected.
