was justified interview process.........................................................................................................they look at your cx service skills... need to listen... understand customers need... acknowledge the need... show the unique feature of your product and how does it fit customer need.

Average interview procees will only hire full time and would check spoken english. The manager was little uninterested in taking interviews and only asked max 5 questions and insisted on availability the most
