I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Waterloo, ON) in May 2017
Interview
After being interviewed at TD Wealth for an administrative role, I was eventually referred to TD Canada Trust for a "better-fit" position based on me having my mutual funds license. In about a week I had a phone interview, then a few weeks later a group interview and a solo interview that same day. The group/solo interview involved some group work, a presentation, and a traditional one-on-one interview. (Note: I was eventually offered a CSR position instead, which I accepted anyway since I'd always wanted to work for TD. I have been continually encouraged to continue looking for internal opportunities, and the entire company as a whole has been greatly supportive of my long-term career goals.)
