In a large room groups of 4-5 individuals are made. you are given a scenario and must come up with an insurance plan. how to offer coverage, what benefits it offers, why someone should buy it etc.

a very brief individual meeting happens the same day of the group interview, where they basically talk about anything and your goals just to see how you interact.

over the phone interview. the process was two interviews over the phone and was fairly quick. was about 30 minutes each interview. fairly basic questions. the interview is strictly over the phone not a video chat

applied online, received a phone call to complete 2 assessments, after that I received a phone call for a phone interview, next step was a group interview and after a week they gave me the job offer.
