Interview
1. Put your resume through different employment websites, or make it a referral from a friend.
2. I dont remember but I think they send a test online to pretend you are in the phone helping a customer. Im not sure if it was for this role but im almost certain.
3. Telephone interview. They ask about prior experience. Specific situations where you had to deal with difficult clients, had a hard problem to solve etc.
4. Face to face interview. Two managers will interview you and ask different questions about customer service.

he interview lasted nearly an hour and covered a broad range of topics. It began with behavioral questions, where I was asked to discuss my past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how I handle challenges in the workplace. This portion allowed me to demonstrate my interpersonal abilities and decision-making processes. Afterward, the focus shifted to a language assessment, where I was tested on my proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese. The assessment evaluated my fluency, comprehension, and ability to communicate effectively in different scenarios, highlighting my bilingual skills.
Thorough questions about how to apply previous experiences into the current job. Friendly interviewer. It lasted around half an hour, it was a virtual interview. Afterwards there was a phone language test as I was bilingual.
