Interview
I had 2 phone interviews and 3 in person interviews. The total process took almost 2 months - way too long. Was asked so many situational questions in all interviews - Some were dupes. At the end, I did not take the job even after job offer letter issued. The manager asked me to bring all of my pending deals along with me. Too much asking.

The interview questions required experience in and knowledge of the mortgage industry. Personality, motivation, and willingness to learn were important. A lot of standard interview questions about best achievements and most difficult files.
