1. online personality assessment. 400 questions, choose from most unlike you to most like you
2. phone interview with HR. it took about half an hour.
3. In person interview with customer service manager and branch manager. It took 45 min to 1 hour. Couldn't recall.

Phone interview: about half an hour, general question,Why TD?why Banking? a time you have to teach someone a new technology.
In person interview: they have a 2-page list of question for me. what do you think of this position? How do you handle upset customer? How you go beyond a customer's expectations. They wrote my answer on the list as well. Be prepared to ask the interviewers 1-2 questions, try to impress them with your dress code and your attitude.

HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.
