Pay is terrible, I make more working in a retail clothing store, Tuition reimbursement is promised but they always find some reason to deny it. On the job training is non-existent as you are working with very inexperienced lower level managers. You must have extensive knowledge of complex systems and be paid less than a McDonald's Employee.

Interview was short. Multi stages and consisted of a few people. It was tome consuming. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible company and culture with no real sales goals. Managers don’t know what they are doing.
