There was only one store manager in the interview. It was an in person interview. Before that, I also went through a phone interview. Overall, their interview was pretty easy.

Applied online through main website and was contacted by telephone a few weeks later. I scheduled my first interview later that week. Once I passed the first round, the next interview was with the Regional Manager. Was offered the job on the spot.
As long as you present yourself in a professional manner and understand the fact that you are applying for the leading sales role in the store, you should be okay.

Tell me about a difficult situations and how you overcame?
30 minute phone interview and if you pass it will be followed by in person interview and a test. Reference and credit checks are done before having an offer. Usual types of questions re. Customer satisfaction, deescalation, behavioural questions
