Interview
After I submitted my resume online, I got a phone call the next 2 days. Within same week I interviewed with the Hiring Manager and Teller Manager inside of the branch. ( pre-Covid). Next day, HR contacted me to let me know I was hired. I received a few onboarding emails. I did some online training as well as 3 day orientation training. After 1 month, I received a cash box and ready to take clients transactions.

HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.
