Interview
I applied for an Android developer position.First had a small screening interview over the phone with HR. This wasn't anything special, asked about salary range and that sort of stuff.
This was followed by a 30 minute written test. Test had some basic Android, Java questions along with some IQ tests. Questions were writing code, MC, T/F and reading code and identifying what it code did.
This was followed by a panel interview with 3 people (1 manager, 2 developers). Basically went through my resume and asked a bunch of standard Android questions. This was about an hour.
And finally, had 1:1 after this with another manager. This was mostly just a conversation and not that technical. Just asked about hobbies, personal projects, etc. This also lasted about an hour.
This wasn't all on the same day, only the written test and the panel interview were back to back.
