Was a internal candidate. Was working as a CSR. Was called for an interview. The interview process was all basic question. Immediately got the offer the same day. This is a position for FSR on telephone. They look for good client facing skills, how you will handle stressful situations. Make sure you link all the questions to real examples.

Pretty straight forward and easy. A phone interview and then a virtual interview. Then you get a response in 2 weeks. Overall the hiring manager was very straight forward about the process and general behavior questions
