Applied online and got a call from HR - immediately jumped into a brief phone interview. Received a call back for an in person interview. Interview was with the HR Recruitment manager and a team lead. They asked standard questions about my past work experience and a few behavioural questions.

Phone call and then group in person interview. Straight forward process - questions are not hard, just regular customer service interview questions. Once you get an offer, they do background check

Average interview procees will only hire full time and would check spoken english. The manager was little uninterested in taking interviews and only asked max 5 questions and insisted on availability the most
