TD Phone Specialist Inbound interview questions

people are friendly. I interviewed with two ladies. They mainly ask things on your resume and behavior questions. (ofc you first need to a screening test and then a phone interview before the in-person interview) they also gave me a short article to read in both English and Mandarin as I was applying for the blingish channel. Be confident and how what TD proud of and make the interviewers happy is helpful.
