I am currently employed and am not actively looking for an active position. I was reached out by a recruiter and I decided to give it a shot. During the interview, he was asking too many intricate details about the company I am currently working for. He was even asking about the projects my current company is undertaking. I was trying to direct it to my skills and background experience and he was reverting back into the projects of my company. He was even asking me detailed questions about shareholders. I am not ratting out what my company is working on and towards the end of the interview, I had to say “I don’t know” to 1-2 private question/s. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience towards the end. They even ask for a feedback form with multiple questions. They are simply collecting data from candidates and have no intention of hiring anyone. Stay away from this company.
