Interview
I got interviewed and selected by TE Connectivity yesterday from our campus, so I think I am well qualified for this answer. I am writing this answer assuming that you are from Mechanical/Industrial stream, I can't answer for other streams. The first Interview would be a hybrid of HR and Technical. They would ask you only about the things in your resume and assess your textbook knowledge to practical application skills through different questions. Be confident and prepare well about your projects and Internships. If you are lucky, you would be asked for a skype interview with their Bangalore team, its a whole different ball game compared to the first interview. They would start with your projects and scrutinize it in every technical angle. You will be asked questions from your B.tech courses, Internships and they would be giving their own problems and ask you to solve it. It took me around 45 minutes for the interview. The key is leaning your basics in an application oriented way and making the concepts clear, I was asked questions from Strength of Materials, IC Engines and Graphics.
