First initial telephonic call intro/chat, like why you applied for this job, what motivates you, what have you done in the past etc.
The second interview is with the hiring manager, the interview goes a little deep on what have you done in the past and is kind of evaluation on the skill sets required for this job. People I got in touch with like the HR person and the hiring manager were nice.
