Contacted by a talent manager on LinkedIn, then scheduled a phone screen. The agent sent me a job description with very general information, and we discussed it on the phone. I was ghosted after that phone screen. In fact, it is not the first time that I have been ghosted because I didn't meet their client's needs. I think it is not professional because this company uses LinkedIn like Tinder, just swipe left a stranger who might wait for a chance.
