Interviews are taken by tech leads . Rather than interviewing the candidate,they try to display their own technical knowledge.They ask irrelevant questions which does not match the candidate's skill set . At times they display their arrogance and attitude by outright rejecting a person,if he/she has better technical skills than the interviewer.

Interview
Attended java interview process... Initial telephonic round will there, where they will cover coje java basics... they will concentrate almost all areas of core java especially concurrency and mutithreading.
Then there will be a face-2-face round in their location. There wont be any interview as such, there will be coding round and will ask on the same after completion.
