I had an initial in person interview that lasted about an hour. Questions were more focused on your past/why you are the way that you are. A lot of personal questions and "so why do you think you're like that" kind of questions. Then came in for a half day and shadowed 4-5 people in the office. I was told that my recruiter would contact me but I never heard back. In my opinion, thats extremely unprofessional. If you're going to be a company that bases itself on being transparent and honest, don't tell someone they will hear back about the next steps when you have no intentions of following through

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
