I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2018
Interview
First I was reached out to by someone on LinkedIn then when I responded I was interested a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview to discuss the company. After that I was sent the link to apply for the job and then they make you take a job assessment after. Then I was invited to an open house where I got to talk with employees and experience what a day to day process would look like. The next day my recruiter called me saying how much they liked me and that they wanted to meet with me again. I set up an interview with one of the directors Matt Scott and some other person to sit down and have what I thought was going to be an interview. What really happened was they asked me pointless questions about my childhood and very little about my work experience and things that should be asked in an interview. Then he grilled me about why I didn't work places very long (I worked retail and anyone who has knows these jobs aren't meant to be a life long commitment) and told me that because I didn't keep the same job for 10 years that I would be a risk to hire and that because another employee quite yesterday I would be to big a risk to take at this time. The fact that someone I'd never met quitting had any weight in the decision to hire me has left me speechless and disgusted. Overall this company is bs and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or your money (they force you to where business suits when the office is in business casual) on applying or even going through the interview process. Plus they only want to pay you like $12 an hour to start and make you work a minimum of 50 hours a week. From what I saw the company only wants to hire people right out of college and not anyone with real work experience. I hope this helps anyone in their late 20's and above avoid the hassle and waste of time this experience has truly been.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

Okay not difficult but no feedback after waiting to hear back from them. Go through your experience and motivations, what you think a day in recruitment is like, 3 stage process, you will see loads of people
